NICOLE ROBINSON

IT'S the second week of our Club Med Holiday Giveaway in which readers have the chance to win a week's holiday for a family of four at Club Med, Lindeman Island.

Due to the response we received to our Club Med Lindeman Island feature last month, The Sun-Herald and Club Med have joined to offer this prize.

Our feature included an article by Sun-Herald reporter Ros Reines, who was very positive about the resort, and Doug Mulray, who had a more negative view.

Since then we have received many letters agreeing and disagreeing with their comments. Now it's time for a Sun-Herald Travel winner to be the judge. The winners will test the facilities of Club Med Lindeman for a week. On their return, they will be interviewed by a Sun-Herald journalist and a story will be published presenting their views.

The prize, valued at $5,440, will include five nights' accommodation for a family of two adults and two children from four to 11 years, return economy air fares, transfers, all meals, drinks with meals, day care and sports facilities.

Lindeman Island is just south of the Great Barrier Reef and is a World Heritage-listed marine national park.

Club Med Resort has 225 rooms and offers golf, tennis, archery, a sports centre and a swimming pool. There is also a children's club which caters for toddlers to 12-year-olds. Ansett has daily flights from every capital city to Hamilton Island. From there it is a short catamaran ride to Club Med Lindeman. Check-in is around 2.30pm daily.

The prize can be taken from either Sydney or Brisbane before April 1997. Collect this week's coupon and, together with last week's coupon, send it in to be in the draw.

If you do not win this prize but would like to book a similar holiday phone 008 807 973.
